After months of speculation on what the Oscar winning actress next project will be, its finally confirmed that Lupita Nyong’o will be joining the cast of “Star Wars: Episode VII,” along side John Boyega. Although it is not known what part she will play many fans, will be delighted.
Ever since winning the Oscar, the industry and fans have been wondering which role the 12 Years A Slave star will take on next and although there have long been rumours that Nyong’o was being considered for Star Wars, many thought she was passed over when the first announcements on cast were made and even more so as the movie is already shooting. Having said that, it’s better late than never and a good start but many commentators and industry-watchers still believe that the film business might still not provide the actress with the roles worthy of her talent.
